Varghese is the Group Data Director for Liva Insurance Group. Along with laying the foundation – allowing for self-service analytics, his focus is to ensure robust Data Governance which in due course will allow the organization to leverage the real potential of advanced Data models. Varghese started his career in 2007 with RSA’s actuarial team; he moved in to underwriting to lead the Motor and Personal Lines portfolios before pivoting into his current Data role.

Varghese has taken his Bachelor’s in Mathematics and completed his MBA from the University of Chicago – Booth school of business.
