With over 20 years of experience in marketing, sales, customer experience, and communication, Nariman Maalouf is a results-driven professional currently leading Brokers Relations and managing Dubai Branch operations at Methaq Takaful Insurance Company. Since joining the insurance industry, Nariman has focused on digital transformation, leveraging technology to enhance customer satisfaction and optimize operational efficiency.
She holds a Master’s Degree in Sustainable Development, Management, and Policy where she focused on Sustainable Insurance, a Bachelor’s Degree in Business administration with a concentration in Banking and Finance, and a certificate in International Insurance. Nariman is also actively pursuing her Chartered Insurance Institute (CII) qualification.
Nariman excels in strategic planning, strong customer relationship management, and cross-functional team leadership.
