With more than 15 years of Sales and Marketing experience, she has been awarded several times for her performance and innovation throughout her career. An MBA in Marketing from S.P.Jain School of Global Management, Sadia was responsible for starting and leading social media at one of the UAE's largest & leading retail banks. She initiated and led many marketing campaigns successfully during her career and has worked with brands like Oberoi Hotels, Net4India, Aviva, Mashreq and is currently leading marketing and retail online sales at UAE's Largest Takaful Company - SALAMA (Islamic Arab Insurance. P.S.C).

In the UAE, she has carved a niche for herself as a sales, customer experience, and marketing expert and regularly speaks at international conferences on various CX, digital marketing, automation, social media, e-commerce and customer experience-related topics. A well-reputed Speaker and panelist, Sadia sees herself as a strategic communications professional who can positively impact the profitability of an organization while growing its Brand Salience and enhancing Omni Channel Presence with increased online sales output.

With expertise in Digital footprint, Public Relations, Customer Experience (UI & UX), Content Strategy, Creative/Tactical Campaign Management, e-commerce & social Media, she led and executed the brand refresh project for SALAMA in-house. SALAMA was the most awarded Insurance Company in the last three years in the UAE, with more than 23 awards under its belt.
