Oussama Abdel Rahman Kaissi is a seasoned executive with over 37 years of experience in global finance, insurance, and reinsurance. Beginning his career in 1987, he has held prominent leadership roles, including as CEO of the Islamic Corporation for the Insurance of Investment and Export Credit (ICIEC), where he transformed the organization into a global leader in credit and political risk insurance. Kaissi’s work significantly advanced foreign direct investment (FDI) and economic development in emerging markets, strengthening ICIEC’s role in sustainable growth.
Currently, he is the Founder and President of The Meridiem Group, a U.S.-based firm focusing on risk advisory and insurance solutions, and an Independent Board Member of Magellan Capital Limited in the DIFC.
