Dr Rohit has Doctorate in BFSI Technology with more than 1.5 decades experience (19+ years) in building and delivering Technology advancements.

He has 12+ years of experience working in Insurance and Banking vertical where he worked with AIA, AXA, Takaful, Yes Bank and some European Banks where led the technology advancements.

While working in the start-up, Dr Rohit also led the delivery for insurance vertical and worked with most of the leading insurance companies in India viz. SBI Life, Bajaj Allianz General, Aditya Birla Sun Life & Generali improvising and Automating their Sales and Service Journeys (Customer and Employee Journeys).

Carrying a strong Tech foundation, he has build the online portals for some leading retail business from scratch by his own when internet was gaining popularity. He also developed ERP module single handedly during his early career days.

Dr Rohit is An Agile supporter, Certified on Agile Scrum as Certified Scrum Master, Certified Scrum Product Owner as well as Certified Advance Scrum Product Owner.
