Ayman Hossameldin is a Senior Business Development Manager at Zurich International with more than 20 years of experience in the insurance industry across retail, bancassurance, and corporate solutions. He specializes in group life insurance, SME propositions, and building strategic partnerships with banks, brokers, and corporate clients across the Middle East.
 
Ayman has held key roles at Allianz and Friends Provident before joining Zurich eight years ago. He successfully led Zurich’s Abu Dhabi branch and, over the past three years, has been a core member of the corporate solutions team, driving commercial growth, digital transformation, and enhanced client experience.
 
Recognized for his relationship-driven leadership style, Ayman is known for creating impactful, scalable solutions that strengthen long-term partnerships and support organizational growth.
 
Outside of work, he is a dedicated Family man-married with four children and a professional fitness coach.
