At additiv, Niraj is responsible for driving the company's growth in the ME through strategic partnerships with clients, assisting them in creating new profit pools through complementary business lines and enhanced efficiency. Niraj’s extensive background in financial markets, both in the Middle East and globally, is marked by his senior roles at prominent consultancies and financial service organizations such as EY, Deloitte and Standard Chartered Bank, where he delivered large scale digital transformation programs and led the setup of two digital banks in the region.
