Alexey Vlasov, 50 years old, advisor to CEO of Ingosstrakh Insurance Company. Graduated from Moscow Engineering Physics Institute (Technical University) faculty of Cybernetics. More than 30 years in Insurance Industry - started his career as an insurance agent, from 1996 works for Ingossrakh (TOP-1 insurance company in motor insurance in Russia) in retail business. During his last 6 years till January 2024 leaded the retail business of the Company at a position of Deputy CEO for retail business. Being a head of retail sales has launched the agency network of the Company (30K representatives now), reformed internal IT-production development into Agile-based approach, leaded the launch of predictive analytics in retail business with various projects both in sales and claims handling. In this field during 2021 was a member of SAS & IDC Insurance Executive Industry Board CEMEA region. Married, has 4 children.
