Reem’s diverse experience has extended over 25 years in the field of Information Technology, products development & Digital transformation. She started her career in the IT software development companies followed by Telecommunications sector in Orange moving from development to products development and financial services, whereby she successfully led the digital transformation journey inside the company. Her proven experience in leading organizations through transformational projects has enabled her to acquire a blend of technical, business and management expertise.
In 2020, Reem Joined AXA Egypt, moving to the insurance sector, where she lead the journey of Transformation starting from IT and moving onwards to lead on the whole digital transformation portfolio, where she successfully achieved the strategic objectives of the company in transforming AXA to a digitally equipped company
Reem holds a Bachelor of Science in Computer science from the American University in Cairo as well as a Mini MBA in Intrapreneurship programs.
