Prof. (Dr.) Abhijit K. Chattoraj- Chartered Insurer – Professor & Director – Executive Program &Consulting at IMS Unison University, Dehradun, India
He is the Goodwill Ambassador – Chartered Insurance Institute (UK) and Vice President Risk Management Association -India
A seasoned academician and professional with a remarkable career spanning over three decades. His insurance, risk management, and academic leadership expertise has earned him widespread recognition in India and internationally He has been a vital part of many prestigious organizations, including that of Board of Governors of APRIA (between 2020-23), Singapore. Till recently, he served as Professor, Dean (SW&SS) and Chair Professor of Insurance & Risk Management at BIMTECH. On 26th September , he joined IMS Unison University assuming the above role with the mandate to introduce insurance &risk management as a curriculum.
He was Chairperson of the PGDM program and Students' Welfare at the National Insurance Academy, Pune. He headed Amity Business School at Amity University, Mumbai, and has 20 years’ industry experience.
