Tamaryn Cogill is the Chief Operating Officer of Vitality Drive International and has been with the Discovery group for over 7 years. Discovery is a financial services organisation that operates in the healthcare, life insurance, short-term insurance, long-term savings, banking and wellness markets. Since inception in South Africa in 1992, Discovery has been guided by a clear core purpose - to make people healthier and to enhance and protect their lives. Under Tamaryn’s leadership, the team has expanded Vitality Drive, an innovative behaviour-change programme, supported by actuarial insights, a rewards platform and state of the art technology, to various markets. Vitality is now present in 43 markets with over 35 million clients.
 
Tamaryn has also successfully represented Vitality Drive on international platforms, as a presenter. Tamaryn is an inspirational leader who lives the Discovery values and believes in the core purpose and under her leadership are creating Nations of Great Drivers.
