Shauna Vistad holds the role of Senior Vice President, Medical Investigations and Audit Department at the National Health Insurance Company - Daman, part of PureHealth, the largest integrated healthcare platform in the Middle East.

In her current role, Shauna strives to elevate her team to high performance levels in areas such as audit sampling methodologies and data driven decision making, in order to minimise provider abrasion and disputes. Her oversight also extends to focusing on process improvement, standardisation, and the formulation of a robust Quality Review programme.

Having spent over fifteen years in positions of management and leadership, Shauna brings a wealth of experience to the role.
