Amol is a seasoned business leader with over 23 years of experience in developing high-growth retail banking products and insurance businesses across the Middle East, India, the UK, and Europe.

At his core, he is a banker with deep insurance domain expertise. Since joining RAKBANK in 2016, Amol has led strategic initiatives, including establishing an insurance brokerage company licensed by the CBUAE and developing a fully integrated digital insurance aggregation platform. Prior to RAKBANK, he held business roles at Allianz, FAB, Citibank UK, RBS, and Aviva.

Amol holds a Bachelor of Commerce from the University of Pune and has completed the Accelerated Leadership Programme at the Indian Institute of Management, Ahmedabad. He is also a Fellow of the Chartered Institute of Marketing (FCIM), holds a CertCII from the CII, UK, a CeFA from The London Institute of Banking & Finance, and an Investment Management Certificate from the CFA Society of the UK.
