Neeraj an alumnus of Baruch College, City University of New York, and SNHU, Manchester, New Hampshire brings 24+ years of corporate and entrepreneurial experience to Insurtech and AccelTree. He has been a pioneer in bringing digital solutions to various industries and segments including Insurtech. In his current role as CEO of AccelTree, he is credited with improvising tools such as  Agency Management Systems, Leads Management System and Remote Agent and enriching them with AI and RPA. He is a pragmatic turn-around strategist with experience in leading teams and driving growth. His experience of over two decades spans across Insurtech, Consulting,
Entrepreneurship, C-suite positions in the Insurtech, SaaS, EdTech, BPO, Call-Centre, ITES, Media, and Digital space. Neeraj has a record of achieving success by creating innovative strategies, improving operational efficiency, and increasing revenue.
Prior to joining AccelTree he headed Mergers & Acquisitions and project implementation at multiple multinational companies and negotiated joint ventures to set up operations in India and Brazil.

Spearheaded turnarounds by reorganizing business structures and functions and engineered companies to be more competitive in the global marketplace while ensuring effective change management which yielded exceptional results.
