I have played a significant role in large digital transformations across several organizations for over 20 years. Through all these transformations, I've learned one key thing: understanding the impact of emotional and social intelligence across cultures is key. This has enabled me to appreciate that people can be the biggest enablers or disruptors of any digital strategy!
Our digital lives are continuously changing; new technologies, platforms, and approaches are being adopted at a significant rate by society. Incumbent organizations generally struggle to keep abreast of these changes - often seen as the dinosaurs of industry. My mission has been to change that; to help organizations realize their digital ambitions. Avoiding the "pretty wrapper" approach, preferably helping organizations evolve their entire landscape digitally while keeping the lights on.
