Mete is a senior manager having many years of career specialized in Finance sector in domain of Project Portfolio management to deliver augmented value for stakeholders. He has solid experience in managing project deliverables and implementing agile solutions to increase project efficiency. He has accomplishments of driving performance to achieve results by effective leadership in Banking and Insurance business. He holds PMP, PMI-ACP and other Agile certificates and he has been a volunteer of PMI for many years. He can speak fluently French and English. Finally, he believes in continuous learning and improvement. He is now Head of Project Management & Agile Studio at BUPA Türkiye and leading strategic transformation initiatives.
