Aditya Kaul is Head of Partnerships for Chubb Digital Partners. Based in Dubai, Mr. Kaul leads partner strategy and commercial development across digital and “phygital” ecosystems, helping platforms embed protection seamlessly into customer journeys across priority markets including India and MENA.
Mr. Kaul joined Chubb’s Digital Business to lead digital partner management, with responsibility for growing and optimizing Chubb’s digital partnerships across India, Middle East and Africa.
He brings close to 20 years of experience spanning partnerships, growth strategy and execution at the intersection of insurance, fintech and platform ecosystems, with a track record of building scalable distribution models and partner operating rhythms that drive conversion, retention and mutual value creation.
He holds an MBA from the National University of Singapore, and is a frequent contributor to industry conversations on embedded insurance and ecosystem-led growth.
