With over two decades of experience in Program/Product Management, , Risk Management, and Total Quality Management, Ebtehal currently serves as the Chief Officer of Enterprise Project Management at AXA Egypt. A member of the EXCOM Fellowship program, Ebtehal has played a pivotal role in establishing a robust PMO and aligning project management practices with AXA’s strategic and financial goals. Their leadership has driven the successful launch of key initiatives, including bancassurance agreements, digital transformation projects, and innovative health and commercial products.

Prior to AXA, Ebtehal led the Program Management Office & Operational Efficiency at Orange Egypt, spearheading cost optimization and revenue-generating programs, earning recognition through Orange Group’s talent program. Their earlier tenure at Mobinil further honed their expertise in corporate program execution, risk management, and information security.

Ebtehal holds an MBA in Marketing Management from Maastricht School of Management and is a certified PMP and SAFe Agilist. Their strategic insight and governance acumen continue to support executive decision-making and drive organizational success.
