Wael is a seasoned executive professional with 24+ years of experience in growth strategy, business and digital transformation space from advisory to execution. He has assumed various executive roles throughout his career across Middle East and Gulf. Being Executive Director leading business transformation and innovation for the largest insurance company in MENA. He previously served in his capacity of Senior Director in consulting practice for PwC ME focused on financial services practice. In his previous life, he assumed the role of Chief Operating Officer for AIC group covering 9 territories out of Lebanon, Dubai and KSA. His recent mandate is mainly to develop the growth strategy, and ensure that Tawuniya is a future-proof organization, that involves ensuring that the delivery model, processes, innovation growth mindset, and behaviors in practice, can adapt and thrive in the face of evolving business landscapes and needs
