Selin is a senior leader with 20 years of experience at top-tier multinational corporations, recognized for driving growth, fostering innovation, and delivering customer-focused solutions. Known for her ability to lead across functions, Selin combines strategic vision with hands-on execution to deliver measurable impact.
Since joining MetLife in 2013, she has held leadership roles across Marketing, Business Development, Sales, and Innovation. As the Gulf Head of Customer Service & Operations, Selin’s focus is championing digital transformation, enhancing customer experiences, and developing high-performing teams.
Prior to joining MetLife, Selin worked for Unilever and Mars in the consumer goods industry as well as Booz & Company in consulting.
Selin holds an MBA from the Kellogg School of Management at Northwestern University, specializing in Marketing and International Business, and dual undergraduate degrees in International Relations and Supply Chain Management from Michigan State University.
Selin’s global perspective is shaped by living and working in the United States, Turkey, Thailand, France, China, Ghana, and the UAE. Outside of work, she enjoys exploring new cultures and spending time with her two-year-old toddler.
