Dr Erdoğan Çiftcioğlu joined Koru Sigorta in 2019 as a Financial Products Coordinator following his time at JLT London. After his position as Financial Products Coordinator, he became the head of Strategic Development and Planning, contributing significantly to the company's structure and goals. He is currently the vice chairperson at Koru Sigorta, serving as a second-generation member of the family business.
Along with his position in the Istanbul-based Head Office, Erdoğan has also been the chairperson of Skorveri Analytics for more than five years, leading the path for transforming the company for technological development.  He completed triple majors and a minor at METU in Türkiye and SUNY in the US, an M.Sc. from SOAS, University of London, in the UK, and a Ph.D. from the Middle East Technical University in Türkiye. Having lived in South Africa for a year, in the U.S. for two years, and a year and a half in the UK, Dr Erdoğan Çiftcioğlu speaks advanced English and intermediate-level Arabic.
