Junaid heads the Partnerships division of Watania Takaful. Junaid has been part of Takaful industry in UAE since 2008. He is an expert in product structuring, process setup and distribution.
At present Junaid’s role is to look after distribution partnerships channel of Watania Takaful. He has been managing distribution via banks, brokers, aggregators and on ‘direct to consumer’ basis for Watania.
Junaid has over 25 years of experience in Insurance/Takaful business in Pakistan and UAE. Before joining Watania Takaful, Junaid was part of another Takaful Company in UAE for 5 years and has been heading Banca & Broker Distribution.
Junaid, has joined Watania Takaful (formerly known as Noor Takaful) in April 2014, he is an MBA (with specialization in Islamic Banking & Finance) & Insurance qualifications of FLMI.
