Khadjetou Mohamed El Maouloud is the Head of the Information Systems Department at CNASS, Mauritania. She has been part of the project team responsible for establishing CNASS health insurance from its inception. She contributed to designing the institutional framework, developing operational procedures, and conceiving information systems. She led the deployment of the IT team responsible for software development, solution operations, implementation of IT systems, security infrastructure, and maintenance. Khadjetou coordinates activities across all organizational and technical teams within CNASS and with external partners to ensure connected and integrated information systems. CNASS is the national institution tasked with implementing health solidarity and universal health coverage in Mauritania, targeting around 70% of the population working in the informal sector.
