He has led large cross-functional teams and spearheaded enterprise-level initiatives in medical underwriting, claims modernization, reinsurance strategy, and product innovation. Throughout his career, he has redefined underwriting standards, accelerated automation, and strengthened operational resilience across a highly regulated and competitive market.
As an Executive Committee Member of the European Life & Health Underwriters’ Association (ELHUA), he contributes to industry-wide strategic direction and cross-market collaboration across Europe. He also teaches underwriting and critical illness product design at the Turkish Insurance Institute, helping build the sector’s future talent pipeline.
