Abdullah Muidh Alghamdi is an accomplished Head of Information Technology and Digital Transformation Leader with extensive experience in the insurance and financial sectors. He holds an MSc in Computer and Information Sciences and a Harvard Business School Online Certificate in Data Privacy and Technology, complemented by global certifications including PMP, ITIL, CITM, CDMP, ECBA, COBIT, and CISA. Recognized as one of the Top 50 CIOs in Saudi Arabia for 2024 and 2025, Abdullah has also been nominated for the Tech 100 Awards and shortlisted for the Digital Transformation 50 (DT50) for 2025.

He has established full IT Departments and Data Management & Governance Offices from the ground up, building frameworks aligned with NDMO, PDPL, SAMA, and NCA regulations. Abdullah has led major digital transformation programs across insurers, including enterprise infrastructure modernization, AI-driven automation, IFRS17 implementation, and cloud-first strategies.
